Here's a breakdown of what our next Test Manager can expect from this position: Role Overview: • Position: RF Test Engineering Associate Manager. • Location: Chelmsford, MA. • Responsibilities: 1. Leading a team in the development, duplicate builds and sustainment of custom automated test equipment (ATE) systems for digital, RF, and microwave products. 2. Collaborating with industry-leading RF and microwave design professionals across multiple Lockheed sites 3. Providing technical innovation and leadership to project teams. 4. Driving continuous process improvement initiatives across the Chelmsford site. 5. Managing the challenge between new test equipment development while maintaining production capacity and equipment. 6. Serving as a primary spokesperson for Test Engineering internally and externally. 7. Experience developing/supporting automated test equipment. The ability to effectively lead Engineering personnel is required. Experience managing cost and schedule and technical aspects of projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance and must obtain at least an interim secret clearance prior to start. Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in engineering field Experience in leadership of Engineering personnel. Proficiency in Product Development Process. Proficiency in Production Processes. Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment. Experience in Cost Account Management. Experience in growing organizational talent through informal coaching and formal performance reviews.
