Job Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for aFull-Time Branch Sales Managerin our Rochester, New York Branch. Pay: $70,000-$90,000 OVERVIEW: Working as Branch Sales Manager, you will lead the branch team and be responsible for all elements of the branch business, including ownership of the branch P L. Responsibilities include working with company leadership to grow sales, hire and develop personnel, improve operational efficiency and other day to day activities such as receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management as needed to ensure success of the business. Duties and Responsibilities Creating and executing a sales plan in a local area to reach and exceed business goals Demonstrating sales excellence daily Effectively lead and motivate your team Expanding existing customer base and identifying growth strategies for new sales channels Utilizing CE's proprietary technology to grow sales and promote operational excellence Developing and training others to surpass personal ambitions In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned About Us Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. Requirements Required Qualifications Prior experience in Customer Service Prior leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred Prior roles in leading people in a retail environment Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning Preferred Qualifications Experience working with HVAC contractors strongly desired Computer literacy with proficiency with MS Office applications Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to participate Ability to function at an above average level in a technical environment Prior experience using sales and/or inventory management Learn more about our company and team Carrier Enterprise is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
