You'll collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of medications to patients. What You Will Do at MedOne: Verify patient information on prescription is complete and accurate Enters patient and prescription into pharmacy software system, prepares prescription, labels container, price and file the prescription to be checked by the pharmacist before it is shipped to the patient Process new patient enrollment forms, including requesting prescriptions from prescribers Obtain updated payment information from patients Coordinate the scheduling of patient medication delivery Prepare and file insurance claims Completes the sale, packages, and ships medication orders Stock and inventory prescription medication and pharmacy supplies What you will bring to MedOne: Must be registered and in good standing with the state and certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Detail-oriented and precise. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and establish priorities. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods within limited space.
