Let's be #BrilliantTogether ISS STOXX is seeking a reliable, organized, and service-oriented Office Manager with strong interpersonal and computer skills to join our vibrant Washington, DC office. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, the Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment by providing the necessary tools and support for efficient operations. Our team collaborates across departments to support their goals and ensure a professional work experience for all. Key Responsibilities Manage an office of over 100 team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Interact and collaborate with various departments, staff, and office vendors. Participate in the project build-out of our new DC office. Support facilities-related and administrative duties for the Americas Corporate Services team. Maintain office space, ensuring it is well-organized and in good order. Plan and execute office-wide initiatives and events in DC. Contribute to firmwide projects and provide office coverage across the region. Full Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with the potential for a part-time, 4 day work week. We'll trust you to Be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook email, calendar, and Microsoft Teams. Manage projects and office-related events. Oversee maintenance, contracts, and scheduling for equipment such as coffee machines, HVAC, and printers. Keep the office organized and stocked with necessary supplies. Handle visitor management and reception duties, including greeting and directing visitors appropriately. Complete Corporate Services tasks associated with onboarding employees. Collaborate with the Americas Corporate Services team on special projects and provide firmwide administrative support. Assist in arranging video/audio conferencing and materials for global meetings, including town halls and webinars. Act as the office liaison for facilities and property management, and external vendors. Work closely with HR, IT, and the Office Head to support the office and local colleagues. Our ideal candidate is/has 3-5 years of experience supporting a mid to large-sized office. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred). Service-oriented mindset. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Travel & Expense platforms. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook email, calendar, and Microsoft Teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive nature. A positive demeanor. Base salary: The Washington, DC expected base pay range is $55,000-65,000 per year for a 5 day work week. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.
