Are you ready to join a growing, dynamic team in the FinTech world?Our client seeks and Assistant Director, Infrastructure who will be responsible for the applications that their internal teams want to use and implement, such as a NetSuite or a Salesforce. They will work heavily with internal teams like Finance, Infrastructure, Account Management, and more- teams that want to onboard new applications and continue using their current ones. There's a huge focus on NetSuite for the role and it's a must for experience. This role will also be assuming duties leading the corporate Help Desk teamRoles & ResponsibilitiesFor this role - the candidate must be local, must have NetSuite Admin type experience, should have some management experience and be hands on with a desire to remain so. They'll also be taking on our helpdesk team once they get started, so should have corporate IThelpdesk experience.SkillsQualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field· Seven plus years in progressively responsible IT leadership roles· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and emerging technologies· Experience in the administration and optimization of Netsuite and other business applications· Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders· Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and compliance standards· Project management experience and certification (PMP, ITIL) is a plus· Other applications a plus (365, ERP, CRM etc.)We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
