We have built a culture that promotes equity, diversity, and respect, and holds every member of the organization to the highest standards of integrity and accountability.Who we are looking for:First Eagle is seeking an RFP Writer to join the RFP group as a Consultant for a period of at least 6 months, assisting in the completion of institutional and retail Requests for Proposals ("RFPs"), Requests for Information ("RFIs"), Due Diligence Questionnaires ("DDQs"), and Institutional Consultant Databases. The RFP Writer role is integral to the business development efforts of the Firm and will work closely with sales, relationship management, marketing, legal, and compliance to ensure that all responses are compelling, accurate and completed on a timely basis.What you will do: Manages the coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs - including compiling existing language, creating new language as needed, and reviewing documents to ensure high quality, error-free final responsesBuilds a thorough understanding of the Firm's products and investment strategies to facilitate the accurate and consistent creation of proposalsWorks confidently with financial data and spreadsheetsCollaborates closely with sales and relationship management teams to promptly respond to client-driven requests; works closely with subject matter experts from across the organization, including the compliance, legal, operations, and finance departments, to write and edit standard andor customize languageReviews, proofreads, and checks qualitative and quantitative content for accuracy, including questionnaires and industry databasesEdit existing RFP language for improvementsWorking with subject matter experts in crafting new RFP responsesThe qualities preferred:Undergraduate degree required2-10 years of relevant experience in financial services (ideally in asset management), including time on new business proposal (RFP) writing, editing, collaborative writing, andor project managementProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel requiredStrong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively with sales and relationship management teams, portfolio managers and subject matter experts across multiple departmentsExcellent organizational skillsMust be process and detail-oriented; able to handle multiple concurrent assignments; assumes personal responsibility for deliverables under tight deadlines, working well under pressure in a rapidly changing environmentStrong editorial judgementTeam player and self-motivatedAnnualized Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000.First Eagle Investment Management, LLC (FEIM) is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
