Job Description:Quaintise (is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager who has experience with Social Media Ads and Google Ads management to join our team and manage our Japanese healthcare clients in the B2B functional ingredients industry. This is a remote and part time position, where you will work with us an independent contractor.  Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The client will provide an outline for each post which will need to be reworked to align with the brand image and appeal to food, beverage and supplement companies.- Create visually appealing and compelling Instagram posts.- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.- Monitor social media account and direct comments and questions to the client.- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.- Conduct quality control on reports to ensure accurate and insightful reporting.- Communicate effectively with client through video calls and email, providing regular updates and responding to inquiries promptly.- Collaborate with the client to understand their brand voice, goals, and regulatory requirements.- Manage Meta ad campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.- Oversee a Google Ads team on an ongoing campaign, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the client's social media presence.- Know basic functionalities of HubSpot, a CRM platform for marketing and sales enablement, that is connected our client's website for lead tracking and sales management. - Understand and know how to implement marketing and email workflows using Klaviyo and HubSpot.- Have a basic understanding of how to manage templates and pages in Shopify to make general updates to the back-end of Shopify stores for our supplement e-commerce clients.      Requirements:- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram.- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.- Knowledge of Meta ad management and experience running successful ad campaigns.- Basic account management skills, including quality control on reporting using Agency Analytics.- Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret data.- Excellent communication and client management skills.- Experience working in highly regulated industries is a plus.- Ability to oversee and coordinate with Google Ads team.- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas for Instagram.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Basic proficiency in Klaviyo email workflows.- Basic proficiency in Shopify ecommerce platform.- Basic proficiency in HubSpot CRM platform.- MUST speak and write advanced native English. - PLUS if you speak basic conversational Japanese as the main client you will be managing is a Japanese company. Hours Per Month:Monthly marketing will consist of approximately 40 hours per month (10 hours per week).
