Outside Territory Sales RepresentativeMarket Force is a Midwest-based manufacturer's representative agency representing the safety, industrial, construction, and public safety markets. Since 2001, we have built a first-class team of sales professionals. With our systematic selling approach and inside sales support team, you can focus on your goals & results.Market Force is looking for a salesperson who can add to and build on an established Central-to-Southwest Ohio and Kentucky territory while growing with an established industry leader.Are you project-oriented? Do you have personal accountability? Are you customer-focused? Since manufacturer's agents work independently, you must be self-motivated, disciplined, and interested in growth and financial independence.To be successful, you should have:Bachelor's degreePreferably 2+ years of sales experienceLive in the central Ohio area.Ability to achieve goals, accomplish projects, and maintain and organize a territory.Ability to travel overnight is required; six nights per month, on average.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with CRMs is helpful (i.e., ).Your responsibilities as the Outside Sales Representative will include:Identifying, developing, and closing new businesses through our existing distributor network.Training and educating distributors and end-users on the manufacturers Market Force represents.Managing the current territory and growing relationships to deliver results.Managing territory in central to southwest Ohio and all of Kentucky.Best-in-Class Benefits and Perks:Compensation will start between $75,000-$100,000 based on experience.
