Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Corporate Staff Attorney to become an integral member of a top ranked FinanceAircraft Finance team at one of our prestigious NYC law firm clients!This position is a tremendous opportunity to advise premier private equity clients with the organization of some of the world's largest, most complex and sophisticated funds.The role will require the ability to work some overtime (approximately 5-10 hours a week), and the firm operates in a hybrid structure (3 days onsite in NYC and 2 days remote).Responsibilities:Draft, review and update finance documents (credit agreements, exhibits, resolutions, indentures, leases, closing certificate and ancillary documents)Identify and communicate potential issues to senior attorneys for resolutionCreate and perform due diligence review of documents and lien searchesPrepare and file various regulatory and UCC formsManage aircraft and funds finance closingsEffectively communicate with clients, partners, associates, staff, FAA Counsel and vendorsRequirements:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive NY BarTwo years of previous work experience in a corporate law environmentExcellent academic credentials
