We want to continue to grow and need people just like you! About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading the development and implementation of analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and mentoring analytics development teams and possess deep expertise in Power BI and related technologies.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of analytics engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environmentProvide technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverablesDrive the adoption of best practices in data modeling, visualization, and dashboard designAnalytics DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain complex Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirementsEnsure data accuracy, performance, and usability in all analytics solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute a strategic roadmap for analytics initiatives, aligning with business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights and competitive advantageStay abreast of industry trends and advancements in analytics and business intelligence technologiesTechnical ExpertiseUtilize advanced Power BI features, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query and dataflowsIntegrate Power BI with various data sources, such as SQL databases, cloud services and APIsImplement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive informationStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored analytics solutionsCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectivelyProvide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of analytics toolsThis role will be mainly based in Columbus, Ohio.About YouYou'll bring extensive analytics engineer experience gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles.
