Mechanical EngineerResponsibilities:Enthusiastically support and contribute to manufacturing program and tools.Support the development of manufacturing processes; design, modify and test methods and equipment requirements.Process improvements: Conducts evaluations, suggests designs and spearheads development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.Mitigate waste: maximize efficiency and minimize waste.Lean Six sigma understanding: Implement lean processes, conduct time studies, identify continuous improvement initiatives.Review, Update and Write detailed process work instructions and standard work.Preparing First Article Inspection reports (FAIs) for new parts process changesBasic Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Engineeringabout 1 year experience in a manufacturing environmentUS citizen
