The Web Designer will be responsible for daily site maintenance as well as producing all pages and assets on sites including web landing pages, product detail pages, and document management system. The Web Designer is expected to work collaboratively with UXUI Designers, Web Project Managers, SEO Specialists, and IT roles.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Design and publish website content using content management system, as well as hand-coded HTML and CSS development as needed.Responsible for content changes and daily maintenance of product pages and document library across clients.Work closely with clients, UXUI Designers, copywriters, graphic designers and others to bring new projects and ideas to lifeAct as a content author and publisher in Sitecore CMS.Promote and ensure design and brand guidelines, best practices, and accessibility standards in all executionsProduce rich animation using Ceros or other tools and integrate into designs as neededWork with UI kit daily, understanding in-depth functionality of all elements, components and templatesQUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of current web-design trends and techniquesincluding responsive design, user-centered and interaction design.Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals and UIUX principlesAble to learn about new concepts concerning web design componentsThe ability to manage and keep track of a vast number of filesMust be able to work cross-functionally in a collaborative team environmentAbility to manage projects efficiently and manage own workload.
