Job Title: CAE EngineerLocation: Remote, Central IndianaIndustry: Seat ManufacturingJob Description: Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a CAE Engineer to add to their growing team near Central Indiana. You will help establish efficient methods and processes to virtually analyze Child Restraint Seat (CRS) products and aid in the generation of innovative products. This position will be working on the development and validation of products primarily from conception through design release phases.Responsibilities:Use Altair software products to perform analyses and produce results toward supporting product development.Model the dynamic sled testing set-up.CAE Lead simulation and debugging efforts in collaboration with the product design terpret FEA results to make suggestions on structural improvements.Support troubleshoot test failures and generate solutions. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering6+ Years of experience in a mechanical design engineering environment with a focus on dynamic testing simulation.CAE Experience is preferred.Advanced knowledge in plastic, metal, and seat belt webbing material.
