We are a destination to tell stories, and pave new paths to connect brands with consumers through experiential, retail, & digital interactions.The Senior Account Manager (SAM) role is an opportunity for a motivated and collaborative sales & marketing account manager to work within a highly strategic and fast-paced business unit supporting Google Nest's sales and training teams in the Pro channel. This position is the hub of the wheel, supporting senior leadership and the client with streamlined process oversight, executive level reporting and insights, communications, and execution of key projects and initiatives. The SAM is responsible for directly managing Junior Account Manager(s), with dot-line responsibility and direction to Operations personnel. This also includes managing aspects of the client relationship, process development and management, limited budget responsibility, cross-collaboration with field and training teams, and vendor management. Act as point of contact with client, maintain relationships and assist with strategic planning. Help manage execution of all client-specific initiatives working cross-departmentally within Mosaic. Work with leadership to oversee operational processes to develop and report on KPIs, data collection, measurement tools, executive level reporting, insights, and trends. Guide timeliness and accuracy of reporting and tracking mechanisms for performance metrics that help drive results and compliance. Provide weekly and monthly status updates on program resultspersonnel, client program reporting and reviews. Develop processes and maintain SOP documents for program.Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and develop and implement efficiencies.Serving as liaison between projects and their stakeholders, maintaining effective communication, transparency, partnership-approach, and thorough attention to detail.Work with internal support services to ensure that the services are aligned to deliver client expectations, and that the services are delivered effectively.Develop and facilitate communication and strategies that effectively inform and positively influence compliance and associate engagement. Oversee and coordinator program new hire orientation schedules and content.Manage warehouse and fulfillment vendor, manage timelines, processes, and budgets. Oversee accountability of inventory control, reorder needs, and client brand guidelines. Administrative oversight as required (HR, recruiting, accounting, procurement). Tracking and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and managing against budget allocations. Crisis management - identify field issues and develop solutions. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field ideal. Five or more years of account management or project management in agency, retail, or marketing environment preferred. Experience in a client-facing role, with an emphasis on relationship development. Proven people management experience. Proven experience in cross-functional partnerships - superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with experience in capturing and reporting insights, trends, and developing action plans. Storytelling through reporting, always considering the "so what". Professional attitude, possessing superior observational skills, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess challenges with a solution-oriented mentality.Impeccable follow up and follow through.Strong technical savvy required (ExcelSheets, WordDocs, PowerPointSlides) and ability to thrive in a digital work environment.
