You are a strong product thinker "” able to work closely with cross-functional teams to devise scalable experiences and intuitive user journeys that enhance our loyalty and rewards platform.ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in shaping the product and design strategy, influencing overall direction and decision-making.Take full ownership of the user journey, overseeing the entire design process from initial concept through prototyping, user testing, and final production.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap.Create web and mobile experiences that are beautiful and intuitive for our customers.Advocate for user-centric design principles and promote a design thinking mindset within the organization.Minimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in UIUX design, with a significant focus on consumer-facing mobile applications.
