Duties and responsibilities:General Ledger ManagementMonth-end CloseFinancial ReportingInternal ControlsProcess ImprovementTeam SupportAudit SupportAd hoc AnalysisJob qualifications and requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.4-6 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting.Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP).Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with process improvement initiatives is desirable.Salary Range: 80K-100K
