Here, you will grow your career and help create access to fair, affordable housing finance.Job DescriptionMinimum Required Experiences2 yearsDesired ExperiencesBachelor degree or equivalent4 years of directly related multifamily underwriting and credit experience.Broad understanding of the Fannie Mae DUS Program and DUS Loss Sharing Structure and Fannie Mae's Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide.Tableau skills.Experience using an eGRC platform such as Risk Works, MetricStream, Archer, etc.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe MF Credit Risk - Risk Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, andor financial success.Collaborate with team in communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders across the enterprise and understanding business objectives.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMDetermine business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise.Evaluate the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise.Monitor and report on information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis.Document and report on resolutions and control guidelines.Partner with the team to review business strategies, and make decisions that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations.Skills:Skilled in governance and compliance to include creating policies, evaluating compliance, developing data governance, etc.Ability to analyze data to identify trends or relationships which inform conclusions about the data.Excellent communication skills. Can explain concepts, answer critical questions, and frame ideas as systems, inputs, outputs and processes.Strong influencing skills to include negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.Skilled in relationship management and able to successfully work with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively towards a common goal.Ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and deliverables.Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with tools such as Excel.Additional InformationReference ID#:REF13101TThe future is what you make it to be.
