Job Description:As a Service Desk Analyst II, you will be providing exceptional customer service and technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software. You will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and implement solutions. This role requires troubleshooting problems via phone, email, or in person in a timely and accurate fashion. You will engage your customer service skills by delivering prompt and accurate answers to our colleagues and support team.Responsibilities:Provide outstanding service and build relationships with Huntington colleagues daily.Work individually and as a team to meet and exceed established goals, including call handle time, availability, and quality goals.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Huntington products, services, technology, and pile necessary documentation to effectively fulfill customer needs.Document all required notes in appropriate systems for staff education and preparedness.Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.Drive initiatives that improve the service desk.Partner with internal support groups to provide the best service to our colleagues.Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of IT support, customer service, and call center experience (combination of professional work experience, internships, academic projectscoursework).Associate's Degree.Preferred Qualifications:Availability to work daytime and evening hours during the week and some weekends as part of a normal schedule.Previous experience in a banking environment.Ability to demonstrate professional verbal communication skills.Ability to quickly resolve complex customer problems using various resources, including computer screens and other reference materials.Ability to professionally handle irate customers.Ability to use a headset and sit for long periods.Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the Internet.A+ and Network+ certifications.HDI certifications.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Minimum of 1 year of IT support, customer service, and call center experience.Familiarity with Bomgar Remote application.Familiarity with IntuneMicrosoft Authenticator.Mobile device support experience (AndroidiOS).Networking certifications.
