Direct Sales RepresentativeJava House continues to grow with the introduction of our Java House Liquid Beverage System. The ultimate solution for enjoying a variety of delicious drinks effortlessly.We are seeking Direct Sales Representatives in designated US Regions with experience selling in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits.Available regions include Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, Ft. Myers, Columbia, Charlotte, Raleigh, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville, LexingtonResponsibilities include:Developing new business and managing existing customers in office coffee, bars, restaurants, education, colleges and universities, broad line, and specialty distributorsLead generation and prospecting new businessOrganize and able to effectively manage a potential customer funnel of targetsCoordinate and execute training and marketing project support for Java House accountsKeep current with and educate potential customers on liquid coffee and specialty beverage trendsDemonstrate a proactive mentality for setting sales goals and closing accountsQualifications include:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales or Business and 3 years' experience selling in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits. May consider motivated recent graduates with previous Sales internship experience.Strong, collaborative, relationship-building, analytical and proactive problem-solving skillsProficient at closing sales through existing relationships, warm leads, and cold callsExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are requiredMust be proficient with Microsoft Office Successful candidate will need to be based in the assigned areaExperience managing distributor relationshipsExperience executing store level retail programmingExperience driving independent distribution and display penetration at retailProven history of sales management experience & achievementProfessional, positive, and proactive written and verbal communication skillsSuperior presentation skills to tell a compelling story and influence decision makersAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentStrong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time and to expectationMust have a car with clean driving record and valid driver's license. Car allowance provided.Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory and other markets as neededMust be capable (with or without accommodation) of bending and lifting to set up displays, adjust shelves during resets, move product, etc...
