Title: Sr. Commercial Lines Insurance Account Executive - CONSTRUCTIONLocation: New York, NY (100% REMOTE - MUST live in either NY, NJ, CT, PA)Salary: $125,000k - $150,000k + bonusOur client, a Top 20 Property & Casualty Insurance Broker, is seeking an experienced Sr. Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team Construction division. This position is can be 100% REMOTE (MUST live in either NY, NJ, CT, PA) and although Construction account experience is preferred, it is not required. This position is open due to growth of the team and the ideal individual will have experience managing a multimillion dollar book of business, focusing on client retention, developing the relationship with client(s), and providing a high level of day to day service on book of business.If interested, please send resume to - All resumes will be held confidentially and nothing will be shared with anyone without your consent and approval. Responsibilities: Build and expand relationships with clients by addressing the client's needs, including the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.Willing to go out, or virtually, meet with clients to discuss renewal strategies.Knowledge of complex, commercial insurance concepts including but not limited those specific to contracting risks operating in the metro NY marketplace and beyondAble to gather, analyze and organize data via spreadsheetsManage the daily account management of client accounts, including processing policies endorsements, invoicing, certificates of insurance, premium breakdowns, policy changes, review of policy forms, providing coverage comparisons, loss analysis and responding to coverage questions.Conducts pre-audit analysis and meets with client and carrier personnel at audits and inspections when requested or neededManaging the account life cycle: pre-renewal, renewal, post renewal and visiting client as needed.Prior experience delegating responsibilities to Account Managers (preferred, not required)Experience handling accounts that have a multi-state presence.Act as a liaise with claims department providing assistance with difficult claims.Manage the renewal process for all assigned clients including reviewing loss information, aiding in obtaining updated information, handling renewal applications, remarketing, account rounding, reviewing and negotiating the renewal pricing and preparing the renewal proposal and binders.Remarket existing accounts as client requests or market environment warrants.Market renewals & new business as well as collaborate with marketing department.Contract and certificate requirement review.Document conversations and information provided to and for municate and share information with fellow associates regarding coverage issues, market availability and market conditions.Utilize system capability (EPIC) and properly to maintain complete and accurate data and documents.Requirements and Qualifications:Minimum of 5-10 years of commercial brokerage experience, Construction account experience a PLUS.Several years of NY Construction experience.College degree preferred.Valid Property & Casualty licenses.Experience with EPIC preferred, but open to AMS360, TAM, or other software.
