IT Support & Systems AdministratorMidtown Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid Environment - Work from Home and In-Office)Overview:Our client is a top-tier and leading international private equity firm, and they are looking for a strong IT Support Specialist Systems Administrator to join its Midtown Manhattan team. The position is crucial for maintaining smooth IT operations and delivering high-quality support to around 75 users, including top executives, and is an outstanding opportunity for growth within a thriving firm.The role encompasses support for the brand new & state-of-the-art NYC office, as well as remote assistance for international offices in London and Germany.Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive technical support to all firm members, both on-site and remotely, ensuring quick resolution of issues.Oversee and maintain IT systems such as Intune, SharePoint, Office 365, and Mobile Device Management.Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical problems to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.Manage IT operations effectively in a hybrid work environment, ensuring secure and uninterrupted connectivity for both office and remote employees.Keep detailed records of technical procedures, configurations, and solutions for future reference and training.Cater to the specific IT needs of executive leadership.Work with other IT team members and departments to support and execute IT initiatives and projects.Stay current with the latest technology trends and best practices, suggesting and implementing enhancements to existing systems and processes.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory.3-6+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.Expertise in Intune, SharePoint, Office 365, and Mobile Device Management.Strong skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Experience in managing hybrid work environments and using remote support tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Capability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.A proactive, customer-oriented problem-solving approach.Why Join Us?Be part of a top-tier international private equity firm with a collaborative and innovative work culture.Access opportunities for ongoing learning and professional growth.Benefit from the flexibility of working from home and from our centrally located Midtown Manhattan office, right near Grand Central Station.Enjoy a strong salary with a robust bonus structure and an excellent benefits package.
