Our client, a tech finance company, is actively looking for an M&A attorney. Project will last 6 months and it is 40 hours per week.Responsibilities:Serve as deal lead for M&A and Investments working alongside the M&A team and cross functional partners.Assist with other special corporate projects such as entity reorganizations and intercompany transactions.Experience: 6+ yearsPreferably working on technology M&A and Venture Capital transactions.Soft Skills:Strong communication and project management skills.Office Location(s):RemoteCommitment (i.e. full time, part-time, # of months, etc.):Full time for 6 months.
