Get more details below.Worksite Location: Salem, Oregon - Hybrid Compensation: $75,000 -110,000 | Bonus Eligible What you'll do as the Account Manager:Manage all client-required services and maintain client relationships with minimal input from ProducersManage mid-market book of business through the direction of employees on the service teamReceive and develop new business leads from Producers or identify and develop cross-sell opportunitiesAct as the direct point of contact for a client from the time of leadPrepare and present to client renewal analysisPromote to clients other services offered by our agency by way of preparing Producer Service ProposalsProvide analysis and recommendations concerning the client's existing coverageSelect carriers for solicitation and negotiates with carriers for benefit and premium considerationsReceive and respond to client inquiries including benefit and claim questions and issues What you'll bring to the Account Manager role:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of related work experienceValid insurance license Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewalExcellent verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving and time-management skillsAbility to work within a team and to foster teamwork Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
