Client: West Coast Health SystemPosition: Senior Epic Cadence Analyst, W-2 only, no third party, no C2CStart: ASAP Hire, PermSalary Range: $125-140k.Location: CAOnsiteRemote: Remote with option to come onsite for key projects.(Candidates must live in: California, Oregon, Hawaii, Texas, Michigan)Covid Vaccination: Yes, requiredOn Call: rotates weekly between 5-7 team members. There is an additional pay stipend for on callRequirementsCertifications:Expert Epic Cadence Analyst that can hit the ground running with little guidanceMust be certified in Cadence and Prelude5-7+ years of Epic Cadence and Prelude experienceWell versed in anything under the CadencePrelude Core umbrellaReferrals build and implementation experience and certificationExperienced with:o SER experience - the more the bettero Decision tree, open and direct schedulingo Vey front and center with users, very customer facingo Every aspect of cadence, appointment reminders, decision trees, templates, advantage activities, care everywhere, referralso Reporting workbench strengthso Dashboards, responsible for their own dashboardso Appointment conversionso Responsible for registration, prelude piece, understands service area pieces as it pertains to coverage. Service areas, divisions, settings for those, as it pertains to patient registration.Project Management experience, pulling tasks together and driving it forward, manage tasks Soft Skills:Very strong communication skillsThis position is very customer facing so they need to have very strong interpersonal communication skillsNeed someone who can take the initiative, not sit back and wait for directionIndependence, self starter, comfortable presenting to leadership, very strong communication skills.Able to drive communication and be present and reach out to team and be very involved and attentive.Able to work with operationalclinical staff to really understand what they are asking for and translate that into the system configuration Projects:Ongoing build, implementation, and support of cadence and prelude.Cadence - scheduling with affiliated medical group and other HOD throughout the hospital.Team Structure:Core team has 5 CadencePrelude analystsInterview Process: Two rounds, first via video interview with leadership, second round with team.
