Sales Consultant Assistant Job ListingWe are currently hiring for a Sales Consultant Assistant. This person will work alongside our main consultant creating estimates, meeting with clients, taking measurements and photos of properties for designing, and other miscellaneous tasks to keep sales logistics running smoothly and timely.Ideally, this person will start as a Sales Consultant Assistant with the plan of becoming a full-time consultant soon. This person will be gaining the experience, and knowledge to become an independent consultant.Lynch Landscaping is a huge advocate for training and education. You do not need to have experience in landscaping, landscape design, or sales. The important attributes to have are the willingness to learn, positive energy, great communication, and customer interaction skills. Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:Prepare and follow up on sales estimates and contracts.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.Providing communication to customers regarding job status and progress reports.Prepare basic quotes and follow-up with customer.Customer Interaction:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Assist in scheduling consultations and site visits.Provide detailed information about landscape installation services.Assisting Primary Sales Consultant in customer interaction as directed.Administrative Duties:Maintain organized sales documents and files.Prepare sales reports and presentations for the sales team.Assist with quotes and designsDevelop Standard Operating Procedures for sales processes.Preparing Monthly Sales Reports to support GSR initiatives for Sales Staff.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Efficient use of Time Management.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to prioritize deliverables and accountabilities.Good Problem-Solving Capabilities.Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.Customer comes first mentality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Great customer serviceEmployee Deliverables:Assisted consultants achieve company sales goal of $4,000,000Create SOP for sales process and reportingSuccession Plans to develop into a full time Sales Consultant in the futureTracking and Reporting of Sales Process for SuccessBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offRetirement planCompany PhoneCompany Attire and SwagEmployee discountsLynch Landscaping is committed to the development of its employees through a Professional Development ProgramPay: Salary based upon experience. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearHours: Full time, year-round with season influx during peak times of the year.Job Types: Full-time, Internship
