Pharmaceuticals company is hiring a Senior Accountant to join the Corporate Controllership group. The Accounting team consists of experienced, motivated, and self-sufficient high performers. The successful candidate must be able to process end-to-end intercompany transactions, foster relationships across the organization, and demonstrate strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset. This is a 40 hour work schedule on a 12-month contract. Hybrid schedule preferred for TuesdayThursday onsite; will consider remote candidates who reside in PST. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for global intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing, intercompany loans, intercompany funding, intercompany royalty, and other non-product intercompany charges.Support transfer pricing arrangements, intercompany loan agreements, and treasury agreements.Responsible for intercompany invoicing and settlement process in compliance with accounting policiesAssist with all month-end accounting and reporting tasks, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, Candency administrative management, and financial reports (e.g., controllership package, elimination workbook, etc.).Monitor intercompany balances and help identify resolutions when out of balance.Coordination with other intercompany partners to properly settle aged intercompany ARAP balances.Support SEC 10Q10K schedules, including equity roll-forward, SOCF adjustments for equity accounts, intangible asset roll-forward, etc.Prepare statutory financial statements for tax filing (e.g., consolidated EMEA financials, HK programs charge, management fee annual true-up, etc.)Prepare government survey reporting, including QFR-200, QSS1E, BE-125, etc.Assist with both internal and external audit requests.Document and test Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)Assist in process improvement projects (e.g., transfer pricing, IC BOT, etc.)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of accounting experience in multinational, national entity, and multi-currency environments.Experience with SAP, Oracle, HFM, SmartView, and Candency.Salary: $92,126-$115,170Why Choose R&D Partners?As an employee, you have access to a comprehensive benefits package including:Medical insurance - PPO, HMO & HSADental & Vision insurance401k planEmployee Assistance ProgramLong-term disabilityWeekly payrollExpense reimbursementOnline timecard approvalR&D Partners is a global functional service provider and strategic staffing resource specializing in scientific, clinical research & engineering.
