If so, you've landed on the right listing!Skin Research Institute is a sustainable, innovative beauty brand looking for a full-time email marketer!We're looking for someone who understands how to manage an email marketing account and has a good, unwavering passion for skincare and the beauty industry in general.Please note: This is a hybrid position full time (Three days from the office, two days from home).Qualifications:3+ years of experience in SMS and email marketingProven ability to manage and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns that achieve measurable resultsStrong understanding of email marketing platforms, such as klaviyo, active campaign, and salesforceExtensive hands-on experience with popular email marketing platforms.Excellent writing and editing skillsAnalytical and data-driven approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for skincare and the beauty industryResponsibilitiesLead all email marketing efforts, including planning content, promotions, product announcements, split testing subject lines and email content, automations, segmenting the list, interacting with customers, and most importantly, keeping the list engaged.Manage all SMS campaigns, which include planning and sending promotions, product announcements, and segmenting the list to fine-tune the messaging.Work closely with the Brand Manager to brainstorm new product launches, AB Tests, automations, flows, and new innovation approachesGrowth, Engagement & Retention: growing actively engaged customer lists in Email and SMSCollaborate closely with the product development department & upper management to provide product feedback.Devise a strategic segment-based marketing plan to drive profitability and enhance the brandDesign and implement loyalty programGrowth, Engagement & Retention: growth is keyEvaluate email performance for optimizationDissect existing lists to identify core guest segments and uncover missed opportunitiesWhat We are Looking for in Our Next Email ManagerProven Track Record of scaling actively engaged lists, email marketing campaigns, SMS, and revenue.Hard working & passionate about the Skincare and Hair Care industryIn depth understanding of email marketing (how to segment a list, create engaging content, create automations, etc.).Complete understanding about the product you write aboutBeing able to write engaging copy that strikes an emotional cord with consumers that inspires them to take action.Always looking to grow and further your education with goals to advance.You can write and strategize for hours, and love it!Our Environment & BenefitsPaid time off, Paid company holidaysPaid for continued education, We pay for courses and classes related to your careerGetting in on the ground floor of an amazing start-up in El SegundoFull Health insurance PPO (within 90 days of joining)Friendly environment with great team membersOpportunity to learn new skills and career advancementCasual attire, Weekly paid lunchDog Friendly OfficeOur BeliefsWe strongly believe in the idea of investing in our employees.
