[Your Company Name] is seeking a Sr. Accounts PayableReceivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure seamless financial transactions, contributing significantly to our organization's success.Key Responsibilities:Process payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.Monitor accounts payable and servicing mailboxes for timely processing of invoices.Address borrower inquiries regarding payments and loan transfer information.Maintain aging reports for accounts payable and receivable, resolving outstanding plete vendor setupmaintenance requests and ensure accurate 1099-year end processing.Reconcile various accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, American Express Clearing, and Visa Payable.Provide administrative support on Concur software related to invoicing and expense reimbursement.Assist in the development and testing of Accounts PayableReceivable and other general ledger automated enhancements.Participate in the lease commitment process and facility document tracking.Monitor and meet payment deadlines and month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a financial service or mortgage lending environment.Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and electronic invoice processing.Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in MS Word and Internet usage.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to handle stressful situations and quick turn times with professionalism.Experience with personal computers and basic office equipment.Why Join Us: We value precision, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
