Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a Temp-to-Perm Corporate Real Estate Paralegal in the New York City area.Overview: Our client is looking for an experienced "˜career-focused' paralegal with a strong real estate experience and a background in corporate finance, private pany: Financial services, Private Equity firm based in New York City.Experience: Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a combination of law firm and in-house experience in corporate real estate and corporate governance.Location: The role is hybrid, rotating 3-4 days in the NYC office. Salary: A permanent position will be offered to the right candidate after the temporary period and includes a competitive compensation package of base and bonus plus the opportunity to receive carried interest and 401k match and other health benefits.Responsibilities Include: 40 hours a week expected; occasional overtime needed for limited diligence needsDual reporting into the General Counsel and Net Lease senior counsel.Assist with various legal department needs including filings, invoicing, legal holds and litigation management.Assist with document and data management.Facilitate review, tracking, and managing contracts.Assist with entity management process.
