Working at Bogg will give you the opportunity to create innovative and forward-thinking work alongside an eager and hard-working team of marketers. Position OverviewWe are looking for a creative champion to drive the Bogg brand forward on social media to invade For You and Suggested feeds. As Manager of Social Media & Content Strategy, you will lead our overall presence across our organic social media channels with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. As the brand's first social media manager, this role represents a unique opportunity for a social-first content strategist to make immediate impact and lead a truly-beloved brand on social media. The role will dual report to the VP of Creative Services and the Fractional Head of Social and Influencer. This is an occasionally hybrid role. Applicants must be able to commute to and work from our HQ in Secaucus, NJ, occasionally, to collaborate with management and contribute to filming of content in our warehouse. ResponsibilitiesFoster and execute channel-specific social strategies across Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook. Lead experimentation and creative strategy on social media by constantly researching and proposing new content ideas on a weekly basis across all channels. Manage the social calendar. Lead weekly calendar review meetings to ensure all content is approved. Responsible for posting and scheduling of posts in the social media dashboard across all channels. Partner with graphic designers and video editors to produce reach and engagement-driven content across all organic channels. Identify fan and creator-made UGC for usage, gaining licensing approval for usage across organic and paid social marketing channels. Optimize our social channels for social commerce - managing our Instagram and TikTok shops to grow our D2C revenue. Translate seasonal and monthly marketing priorities into social-first campaigns. Manage our social reporting dashboards and provide weekly and EOM performance reports that include areas of success and opportunity. Identify opportunities to create surprise & delight moments across social channels. Work closely with our Founder and CEO, VP of Creative Services and VP of Digital to uplevel their social knowledge to ensure creative maintains a social-first approach. QualificationsBachelor's Degree from a 4-year university. 3-5 years experience managing organic social media for a consumer B2C or D2C brand. A strong portfolio of creating social-first campaigns across Instagram and TikTok - you have a 1M+ view TikTok video that you've led or worked on the creation of. A strong understanding of the social landscape and what is driving high reach and engagement for retail and consumer-focused brands. Experience proving that social media is impacting brand growth and reach through analytics and reporting presentations. Ability to edit videos in Reels and TikTok.Ability to work in a rapid-growth environment where change happens frequently and operational processes are still being established. Must have experience working with social analytics and community management dashboards (Sprout, Dash Hudson, HootSuite, etc). The ability to commute to and occasionally work from our Headquarters in Secaucus, NJPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a high-growth D2C startup environment. Ability to film and capture social-first video on your phone and edit it in Capcut, Splice or other video editing apps.
