Job Description

Position: Marketing ManagerPosition Description:DBI Projects is looking to bring on a Marketing Manager to support the company's ongoing growth and expansion into new markets. A successful Marketing Manager will be an effective project manager in addition to a creative storyteller. What You'll Do:Marketing Material Development: Develop new and compelling proposals, presentations, bios, resumes, website updates, marketing emails, social media content, and all other digital and print marketing content. Lead the creation of this content, manage the process of gaining requisite feedback and approvals, and ensure its timely dissemination. Brand Management: Identify, evaluate, and present opportunities to advance DBI's brand and position in the market.Website Management: Regularly update and maintain DBI's WordPress-based website. Marketing Information Management: Regularly update and maintain DBI's marketing documents, information, and templates.Photography Management: Manage the process of budgeting and engaging professional project and headshot photography. As necessary, take interim or in-progress photography. Event Management: Work with the Business Development team to plan, manage, and host periodic DBI networking events; attend industry networking events and meetings to promote the DBI brand. Story Creation and Promotion: Celebrate and support the DBI community through dynamic and engaging storytelling. Seek out and create stories from within our ranks and among our work and find the best routes to share them. Media Relations Management: Coordinate with external media partners and manage the dissemination of firm stories.Strategic Planning: In collaboration with firm leadership, develop and oversee the execution of a compelling marketing strategy across various internal and external-facing materials. Establish and maintain a timely content calendar for the production and publication of materials. Develop periodic marketing reports to firm leadership.Applicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be prepared to collaborate with both internal and external teams on proposals and other marketing initiatives. They should be comfortable completing tasks both independently and in collaboration with various stakeholders, incorporating multiple perspectives into the final product. Required Skills & Experience:Professional writing experience; ability to effectively learn and understand technical concepts, translating them into clear, compelling pitches. Experience with graphiccommunication design, proficiency creating documents and presentations in InDesign, and ability to represent concepts diagrammatically. Experience marketing in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) or real estate industries is preferred. Ranges are determined by role and level depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
