Job Title

The Marketing and Public Relations Associate is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies across the Kinexion Network.This position will be in-person on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. Wednesday is a remote day.Marketing and Public Relations Responsibilities:Assists the marketing team in their daily tasks to ensure the Marketing Department runs smoothly.Generate, maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of current and past campaigns. Present forecasts, metrics, and any relevant information to senior leadership.Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters).Monitor competitors' marketing activities.Writes and releases positive publicity through the creation of well thought out plan through social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Additionally, tracks impact including followers and engagement.Administer updates on websites across the network.Work with affiliate partners to develop specific content for their marketing outreach across various channels (i.e. social media, email communications, etc).Takes photos as needed to support marketing and public relations and works with digital marketing firm on the creation and exaction of impact anizes team meetings with marketing agency partners and network affiliates.Assists the marketing team with designing and ordering promotional material.Assists the Director of Marketing with office tasks associated with processing marketing and public relations expenses as well as scheduling meetings and appointments around marketing and public relations.Supports the Development team members with the marketing efforts of their campaigns.All other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldTwo or three years of experience in Public RelationsMarketing preferredProven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar roleKnowledge of marketing digital tools and techniquesExperience with SEOSEM campaignsSolid computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, web analytics and Google AdwordsStrong analytical skills with goal-oriented attitudeAbility to work effectively with diverse populations.
