Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate and Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal entity formation and maintenance, corporate governance, document management, real estate transactions, and corporate and real estate compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is able to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects with precision and expertise.About CRC Management Co., LLCLaundry Capital is involved in the laundry services industry and operates under the Clean Rite Centers and Laundromax brands. The Company was founded in May 1997 in New York and, through its subsidiaries, currently operates over 80 laundromats in eight states. The Company pioneered the concept of a laundromat "super store" by building large, bright, free-standing stores, equipped with over 120 washers and dryers, ample folding tables, free parking, knowledgeable and qualified staff, and more. The Company is recognized by the industry as the "gold standard" for laundromat retail in the United States.Key Responsibilities:Forming and maintaining corporate entities, including drafting organizational documents, resolutions, and corporate filings.Maintaining contract databases, tracking key contract milestones, and facilitating communications between internal stakeholders and external parties.Conducting research on various corporate and real estate matters, analyzing findings, and preparing summaries and memos for review by attorneys.Assisting with the preparation and filing of legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and leases.Analyzing title documents and property legal descriptions.Assisting with due diligence reviews, title searches, environmental assessments and property inspections.Preparing and reviewing standard non-disclosure agreements, property leases and other types of contracts and agreements related to real estate and corporate matters.Preparing standard closing documents (closing checklists, officer's certificates, estoppel certificates, basic escrow agreements and similar types of closing documents).Coordinating with property managers, landlords, attorneys, clients, and external agencies to facilitate day-to-day operations and real estate closings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in corporate and real estate law.Proficiency in research and document drafting.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.New York notary.We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
