The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial advising and life insurance sales, exceptional client relationship skills, and a strong desire to help clients achieve their financial goals.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' financial goals and needs.Financial Planning: Develop customized financial plans and strategies, including investment and insurance solutions, to meet clients' objectives.Life Insurance Sales: Advise clients on appropriate life insurance products, including whole life, term life, and universal life insurance.Client Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and advice.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.Qualifications:Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial advising and life insurance sales.Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).Licensing: Valid state insurance license; Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 or 66 licenses (preferred).Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
