Mailroom ClerkWe are hiring 2 Mailroom Clerks to join out team.Hours of operation:9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday (longer hours may be required to complete the task).Responsibilities: Receive mail coming into the organization.Record the date of receipt, name of the sender, and location of the receiverSort the mail or packages according to locations or departmentsDeliver mail to departments within the organization; and collect mail to be sent out.Delivery run to company vendersPull clothing racks between company building locations and or venders.Perform business related errands such as bank deposits etc.May be responsible for procuring materials used by the mailroomEnsure that the mailroom and surroundings are always neatMaintain high level of confidentiality in handling mailOccasional special projects inside & outside the organizationsAssist in training newly employed mail clerks.Qualification requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a mailroom environmentHigh School EducationAbility to lift 30 to 50 poundsComputer proficiencyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbout G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. | excels at bringing excitement and confidence to customers through the fashion we create.
