Our client, a lifestyle accessories brand, is hiring a Senior Manager of Creative Strategy (JR. Art Director role) to join their team in NYC on a hybrid role (4 days in office). Candidates must have experience in the fashion or beauty industry and should be prepared to provide a portfolio upon request.Job Duties Include:Partner with leaders to implement innovative creative strategies aligned with overall marketing, goals, and brand positioningOversee the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaignsEnsure campaigns are delivered in a timely manner and within assigned budgetOversee the creative process from concept to completion across functions and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEnsure creative outputs maintain brand consistency and adhere to guidelinesDevelop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platformsMonitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports and recommendations for optimizationAssist in leading in the creative space including designers, copywriters, content creators, etc.Job Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldMater's degree is a plus4+ years of experience in a creative role, with 1+ years in a leadership position2+ years of retail experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership roleUnderstanding of branding, digital marketing, and the creative processKnowledge of current trends and best practices in the creative industryStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent creative vision and ability to translate ideas into contentExcellent project management and organizational skillsProficiency in creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platformsStrong communication and presentation skillsSalary: $85k - $100k annually*While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
