You'll actively monitor daily activities, analyze market dynamics, and oversee direct sales, leasing administration, and maintenance initiatives, along with support systems like centralized services, marketing, and accounting functions.Accomplishing property goals by recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing teamLeading community staff with regular meetings, performance monitoring, and career development guidanceAnalyzing property operations, implementing policies for seamless integration, and ensuring operational excellenceForecasting the community budget, making recommendations for income maximization and expense minimizationSupporting marketing, pricing efforts, and monitoring sales performance for goal achievementStaying informed on community market conditions for strategic decision-makingBuilding connections with residents through community events and activitiesWhat You'll Need To Thrive:3 years of experience in residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail managementCustomer service and sales experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in their role.
