If so, apply now!Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a leading digital music company to hire a SEM Ad Operations role.This position is hybrid - 2 days in office (T-Th) per week - in Brooklyn. The pay is $50-$70hr depending on experience. Remote candidates who have superb, relevant experience may be considered (MUST WORK EST HOURS).This is a three month, 40 hoursweek contract that will convert to full time employment based on performance and culture fit.Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day SEM campaigns, including bid management, ad copy optimization, and keyword research.Continuously optimize SEM efforts to maximize ROI, minimize CPAs, and increase new client acquisition.Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.Track, report, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.Provide regular performance analysis and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.Plan and execute AB tests and analyze results to drive informed decision-making.Stay updated on industry trends and insights through market research.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide reporting, develop infrastructure, and improve operational efficiency.Requirements: Relevant experience managing SEM campaigns, with a proven track record of success.Expertise in Google Ads, with experience managing budgets high dollar monthly budgets.Familiarity with the music industry is preferred but not required.Strong proficiency in Google Analytics for campaign tracking and analysis.Proficiency in SEMrush or similar SEM tools for keyword research and competitive analysis.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
