Job Title

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance and accounting team, ensuring the generation of timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial reports and fund flows. Someone who can make recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement, identify activities suitable for offshoring, assist in automating processes, and implement necessary changes. Additionally, handle tax compliance, provide legal support, and oversee insurance coverage. We will also need you to develop GAAP-compliant accounting policies, performance measures, and an executive dashboard, while managing the annual budget process, cost center, product cost analysis, and activity-based costing. The role includes reviewing monthly inventory reports, verifying their accuracy, valuation, and aging, as well as managing major system implementations and upgrades. You will also oversee accounts receivable (AR) management, support credit and collections activities, and supervise the accounts payable (AP) department, approving payables and verifying payments via checks, wires, and ACHs. You will also develop reliable cash flow projection and reporting mechanisms, ensuring a minimum cash threshold is maintained, manage working capital, and oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and support for all external audits.
