The pay rate is $70 to $75 per hourHybrid positionWe are looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager Program Manager to oversee our software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SDLC methodologies and extensive experience in managing application development projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project municate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations for mitigation.Identify and resolve project dependencies, conflicts, and bottlenecks to keep projects on track.Implement best practices and methodologies for SDLC and project management, continuously improving processes and workflows.Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings and status updates.Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development.Qualifications:Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on SDLC and application development projects.Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and their application in real-world projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Experience with project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.PMP or Agile certification is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
