The firm aspires to be the boutique partner utilizing transformational change in organizations across the world. They are currently looking for a Marketing Associate to join their New York team.RESPONISIBILITIES Work alongside our Client Development and Strategy Director to continuously improve and execute the Brand, Marketing, and PR plan for the global business.Collaborate with our Chief Executive Officer and Client Development and Strategy Director to develop and execute a business development strategy.Take a lead on marketing activities around the global team including conferences, events, PR articles, paid media opportunities, and content creation.Custodian of the website including upgrading copy, people updates and support with content changes.Execute the social media strategy and manage campaigns to support MH culture messaging externally aiding in the attraction of new hires to the organization.Work with our Client Development and Strategy Director to design templates for company use and update branded documents on as-needed basis. Make sure brand guidelines are upheld across the group.Improvement and management of stock pitch content including maintaining track records, generic pitch components and introductory decks.Train on pitch deck creation and use of brand pile and research data on top leadertrends for company thought leadership pieces.Build and maintain centralized strategic intelligence function, working with members of the business, regional liaisons, andor independently to deliver organizational structures.QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of three to five years marketing at an advisory company.Prior experience with global organizationWillingness to be available after hours when needed.Knowledge SharePoint and LinkedIn Recruiter
