One of our favorite clients, a growing private equity firm, is seeking a sophisticated and dedicated Executive Assistant to support a small team of top high-level executives. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience supporting UHNW individuals looking to transition into a corporate setting or someone used to support a busy team looking to provide more high touch EA support.4 days a week in office role, Mon-Thursday in their Midtown West office.Flex to come in on Fridays if neededHours: 830am to 6pmCompensation: $80 - $105k base + OT + BonusIn this role you will support a high performing team of 8 top level executives with:Managing calendars and inboxes on OutlookArranging global and domestic travelTracking and submitting expense reports on ConcurAssisting with presentations and meeting preparationsRunning reports on ExcelEditing and proofreading PowerPoint presentationsCovering for other admin assistants at the firm as neededAnswering phones and transferring to appropriate team memberPreparing for meetings; reserving conference room, ordering catering, set up technology, etc.Edit presentations and distribute for meetingsPlan client dinners and luncheons; make reservations, knowledgeable of NYCTake on projects when neededThe ideal candidate has the following:5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple C-Suite or high-level execsAdvanced proficiency with MS Office SuiteBachelor's degreePassion for EA workEnjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnows how to execute, pivot and multi-task quicklyFlexible attitude and can get along well with different personalitiesPlease submit your resume for immediate consideration.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting homecandidate.
