We believe that by establishing a solid foundation of knowledge, understanding and trust with each of our patients, we enrich their health and enhance their lives.Functions as an independent behavioral health clinician and provides diagnostic evaluation of patients; provides crisis intervention, individual, group or family psychotherapy appropriate to the patient's problem. Coordinates care with and provides consultation to other behavioral health, medical and community providers. Participates in multidisciplinary treatment teams, develops treatment plans and reviews treatment plans regularly. EDUCATIONLICENSESCERTIFICATIONSMaster's degree in social work. Current LICSW. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty. EXPERIENCEThree years progressively autonomous experience with group, individual and family therapy required. SKILLSDemonstrated ability to assess patient needs, develop and implement a plan of care. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to show high level of sensitivity to patient needs and concerns.
