Here, you will make an impact by:Create production and procurement schedules for area of responsibility.Works closely with the business to understand customer requirements and forecasts.  Works closely with manufacturing to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining sufficient inventory levels and lead times. Develops and maintains operating rhythms to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with demand.Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making.Publishes and presents service and inventory metrics and results.Identifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment.  Review and reports on project progress with management.Your Skills and Expertise   To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionHigh School Diploma/GED from AND five (5) years of combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, materials, or business management or engineeringExperience with SAPAdvanced data analysis & Microsoft Excel skillsAPICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursueSix Sigma Green Belt experience or certificationLean Manufacturing experienceWork location: Onsite Columbia, MissouriTravel: May include up to 5% domesticRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
