The Shift Lead should display knowledge of forklift operations and sort operations. This employee supports the Operations Supervisor in ensuring teams deliver superior customer satisfaction by driving results and exceeding expectations in the key areas of safety, service, quality, and cost. Specific responsibilities include directing the work of forklift and sort operations, including filling in to support the team as needed.
