BE A PART OF THE CONNECTIONUsing effective communication and Salesforce skills you provide pre- and post-sale monitoring, escalation and resolution support. You ratify orders for completeness, accuracy and eligibility. You collaborate with teams in an office environment and should expect a high volume of client interactions.  WHAT OUR SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS ENJOY MOSTPerform pre-and post-sale activities to manage in-flight proposals and orders.Complete records and sales orders by capturing client, contact, product, price and other information. Initiate the installation process by creating new orders, service and billing accounts, sales opportunities, service requests and client records.Determine the serviceability of client locations through assessments of available information.Assess the ROI models, identify sites in the design configuration and validate against the ROI.Prepare client proposals and contracts in compliance with product requirements.Ensure appropriate billing codes are entered into the CRM system.
