Job Summary The Medical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for accurately performing a variety of clinical laboratory tests & procedures. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science and completion of NAACLS accredited MLS program or bachelor's degree in related science and 1-2 years' experience acceptable to the ASCP or AMT Six Months to one year of related experience preferred Certification, Licensure, Registration Must be board certified from the ASCP, AMT or equivalent within 12 months of hire. Work Schedule Varied Shifts; PRN  Weekend Call: One weekend every 3 months Holidays: every fourth rotation  On-call time weekdays as needed Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.  $27.50 - $41.50 per hour   What Makes Avera Special?
