The region's leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking a *Senior Digital Strategist *to join our Digital Health & Innovation team at our Bridgeton, New Jersey location. You will produce and maintain user-focused digital experiences that align with and support Inspira' s strategic goals. *This is a hybrid position, requiring some work at our location in Bridgeton, NJ.* *Responsibilities:* * Assist the organization in leveraging digital tools and services to meet strategic goals * Develop and implement digital products, platforms and vendors in coordination with business stakeholders and operation leadership * Maintain digital platforms, including tele- and virtual health, patient portal, proprietary health applications, digital intake platform, self-scheduling platform, virtual assistants and patient communication and reminders *Qualifications: * * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Design, User Experience or related field; Master's degree preferred * 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or related industry * 3+ years of experience implementing digital solutions aimed at providing an improved consumer experience and an efficient staff experience; Demonstrated progression of responsibility preferred * Previous experience designing user-focused digital experiences with an understanding of core UX concepts, such as UX design, UX research methods, UI and Usability * Demonstrate knowledge of digital transformation services and technologies, such as RPA, AI, ML, virtual and telehealth, wearable technology and mobile health apps * Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and implementing the collected data into the development and design of digital solutions * Proven experience in implementing digital systems and processes that have a revenue generating or cost savings impact * Experience navigating the challenges of digital health tool implementation, including digital literacy, internet deserts and accessibility * Demonstrated ability to identify issues and work through challenges related to digital transformation projects *Find your inspiration.* Team players, leaders, innovators, nurturers, educators, advocates, people with character"”these are the people we hire at Inspira.
