Job DescriptionThe Staffing Manager at Anaheim Convention Center will report to the on-site Human Resource Manager. The Staffing Manager is responsible for managing the staffing/scheduling department for union employees by following strict scheduling parameters; for managing all Agency Labor procurement; and managing back-end wage and hour approval and reporting.  COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $66,000 to $71,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.For LA County Applicants: Qualified Applicants with arrest or Conviction records will be considered for Employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. Job Responsibilities?    Partners with the HRM for all recruitment and hiring activity necessary to meet staffing goals.?    Manages Seniority Lists 4 times yearly.  ?    Manages Agency Labor Check ins and pre shifts meetings.  ?    Posts internal job positions for Union Members to bid on.?    Monitors and builds discipline for Attendance and Wage and Hour violations.?    Supports Staffing Coordinators with schedule changes by following the current CBA. ?    Supports employees with MYPAY And MyWorkLife access.  ?    Partners with HRM for Leave of Absence and communication with leave partners.  ?    Supports Aramark?s Food Safety and Occupational Safety compliance. ?    Ensures all screening and hiring complies with state, local and company-specific guidelines.?    Partners with HRM and Executive Team to arrange mass Trainings and Orientations.?    Partners with HRM for Union Grievance and Union Committee Meetings. ?    Conducts pre-large event ramp ups with hiring managers to understand upcoming season schedule and develops recruitment strategy to address hiring needs.?    Assists with new hire training activities and follow up as needed.?    Partners with HRM with investigations and terminations. ?    Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.?    Other duties as assigned.Qualifications?    2 + years of experience with recruiting/staffing/scheduling is preferred.?    Bachelor?s degree in business, HR, communication, or equivalent experience required.?    Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with tact and diplomacy.?    Ability to influence others on policies, practices, and procedure.?    Effective at capturing and synthesizing information from multiple parties?    Solid understanding of employment laws?    Some knowledge and understanding of California Employment Laws and practices is preferred, but not required.?    Ability to handle sensitive and highly personal information daily and maintain confidentiality in a mature and insightful manner.?    Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel and PowerPoint#FS-200EducationAbout AramarkOur MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.At Aramark, we believe that every employee should enjoy equal employment opportunity and be free to participate in all aspects of the company.
