Our client, a leading production company, is seeking a skilled CNC Machining Set-Up Associate to join their team in Bloomfield, IA. As a CNC Machining Set-UP  Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have ability to be detail-orinted and have a demonstrated work history of shift work, in addition to working injury free and following work place/plant safety practices and procedurs. Basic computer and math skills as well as proficiency in communicatin in English language (both verbal and written) is also required. Job Title: Machining Set Up Associate Location: Bloomfield, IA Pay : $20 per hour What's the Job? Completes set-Up and progrms CNC, mills and lathes for production. Operating assigned machinery and/or equipment operation in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions. Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned. Follows all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices. May be responsible for the operation of complex equipment and/or machinery with minimal supervision. Visual inspection of product to ensure quality. What's Needed? Ability to opreator fork truck, work safely in a team-oriented environment. Additional job related experience may be required as a prerequisite for select technical positions A minimum of 3 years of prior manufacturing production experience is preferred within the applicable skillsets for the position Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested Must submit pre-placement background check What's in it for me?
